株式会社アイワークス (iWorks) establishes the following basic policy to prevent harm caused by anti-social forces that threaten public order and safety, and to maintain sound business operations.
1. No relationships
We have no relationships with anti-social forces, including business relationships. If a counterparty is found to be an anti-social force after a business relationship has begun, we cooperate with relevant organisations and take appropriate measures, including ending transactions, in accordance with contractual provisions and applicable law.
2. An organisation-wide response
We respond to improper demands from anti-social forces as an entire organisation, including management, rather than leaving the matter to an individual employee or department. We also work to ensure the safety of the directors, officers and employees handling the matter.
3. Cooperation with external specialists
We work to maintain cooperation with the police, centres for the promotion of the elimination of violence, lawyers and other external specialist organisations, and consult them promptly if we receive improper demands.
4. A firm response
We respond to improper demands from anti-social forces through both civil and criminal legal measures and do not comply with those demands. As necessary, we preserve evidence, notify the police, file reports of victimisation and take other appropriate steps.
5. No secret dealings or financial support
We do not engage in secret dealings to conceal improper demands, provide favours or funds, or engage in other acts that support the activities of anti-social forces.
6. Awareness among directors, officers and employees
We make this policy known to our directors, officers and employees, and work to provide training and management that support compliance with relevant laws, internal rules and response procedures.
