The following disclosures apply when such a transaction constitutes mail-order sales under Japanese law. Contracts concluded at our premises and other transactions are subject to the individually presented contract, estimate and explanations.

Sales price
The price is shown on the relevant vehicle listing, estimate or individual communication. It may change according to availability, vehicle condition, registration timing and other factors. You will be asked to confirm the final amount in writing before entering into a contract.
Costs in addition to the sales price
Registration procedure fees, parking space certificate fees, taxes, compulsory automobile liability insurance premiums, recycling deposits, number plate charges, transport charges, optional extras and other costs may apply according to the vehicle and the customer's circumstances. The applicable items and amounts will be specified in an estimate before the contract is concluded.
Payment methods and timing
- Cash or bank transfer: Please pay after the contract is concluded and before the vehicle is registered.
- Auto loan: The prescribed contract procedures are completed after the finance company approves the application. Payment terms and timing follow the agreement with the finance company.
Delivery timing
Following the conclusion of the contract, the vehicle will be delivered on a date agreed with the customer after payment, receipt of the necessary documents, registration procedures, pre-delivery maintenance, vehicle transport and other necessary arrangements have been completed. If the schedule changes because of vehicle condition, registration procedures, parts availability, transport arrangements or other circumstances, we will contact the customer individually.
Withdrawal of an application, cancellation, returns and termination
As a general rule, we do not accept cancellations or returns for the customer's convenience after a contract has been concluded. We do not set a cancellation fee. However, this does not apply where termination is permitted by law, where the reason is attributable to us, or where we and the customer separately agree otherwise. Details concerning termination are governed by the individually presented sales contract and applicable law.
Enquiries
A consultation or request for an estimate through this website's enquiry form, telephone, email or similar means does not by itself constitute an application to buy a vehicle or the formation of a sales contract. The point at which a particular contract is formed follows the contract and procedure presented for that transaction.
