Everything we do is for the customer.
Think from the customer’s point of view.
I would want someone to recommend what I really need. I would want them to take the car I entrusted to them seriously.
If I were the customer, that is how I would feel. I started my own business because I wanted to build a company that values these simple things.
Whether you are choosing a car, repairing one or facing a problem, we put that starting point into practice in every job.

01 — Why I started this company
If I were the customer, what would I want?
When I was an employee, there were times when the company’s convenience had to come before the customer. Sometimes I questioned whether a proposal was really necessary. Each time, I stopped to think.
If I were the customer, I would want someone to recommend what I really need.
I would want them to take the car I entrusted to them seriously.
I wanted to build a company that values these simple things. That is why I started my own business.
These are words I have shared in our daily morning LINE messages. I want this company to continue by earning customer satisfaction and trust, and giving people a reason to choose us again.
02 — Before making a recommendation
First, tell us about yourself.
What matters in sales is getting to know the customer before talking about cars.
Will you use the vehicle for work every day, or for outings with your family? How much cargo do you carry? What is difficult about your current car? Even people looking for the same model can have different priorities.
Tell us about your budget, how you will use it, what you cannot compromise on and what you are still unsure about. You do not need to have chosen a model.
We listen first, then consider what is best for you. That is the order in which we make recommendations.
03 — Putting our buying experience to work for you
A better car for the same budget.
I have bought vehicles at auction and entered vehicles for sale. I have learned what inspection sheets say and how to read them, the weaknesses of different models and market prices. I have also learned from mistakes more than once.
The same auction grade does not mean the same condition. We assess vehicles individually, considering year, mileage, equipment, damage and signs of repairs.
Buy a better car for the same budget.
We want as much of your budget as possible to go toward the value of the vehicle itself. This also guides our sourcing service: we listen to your requirements and then search dealer auctions nationwide.

04 — So you can make an informed choice
Share the information you need.
The vehicle’s condition, known damage and wear, structural repair history and maintenance. The total price and its breakdown. What the warranty covers and its conditions.
We explain both the strengths and the points to watch so that you can decide. If we do not know something, we check it before making a definite statement.
We also explain why we recommend a vehicle, why work is necessary and the thinking behind how we do our job.
We want you to understand, feel comfortable and choose to trust us with your car.
05 — Caring for your car
Necessary maintenance, in a way you understand.
If you are not familiar with cars, a repair explanation or estimate may not make it clear what is needed. That is why we want to explain more than just the name of the work and its price.
Why is it needed? What needs attention now? Are there other choices? We listen to how you plan to use the vehicle and your budget, and consider the options together with safety and quality in mind.
We do not recommend unnecessary maintenance simply to generate sales. We want you to understand and agree before entrusting your car to us. Our own certified workshop follows this approach too.
06 — After your purchase
Someone to remember when you need help.
Buying a car is only one point in our relationship. A warning light comes on. The car feels different. Shaken is approaching. We want you to feel you can contact us at those times too.
We have gradually expanded what we can help with: sales, maintenance, insurance, rental cars, roadside service, bodywork and painting through partner workshops, and your next vehicle.
“If it is about a car, I will call this person first.” That is the kind of service I aim to provide. We build on our first connection through the support that follows.
A message from our president to our customers
Respond to your trust through our work.
Put ourselves in the customer’s position.
Help when they are in difficulty.
Follow through properly on what we are asked to do.
And build trust.
I want customers to feel these words through our work, beyond the messages we share inside the company.
Remember your requests, check what is necessary and follow through on what we are entrusted to do. Review what falls short and improve the next job.
We will give our attention to your car today and to our relationship in the years ahead, so that you can feel glad you chose iWorks.
