株式会社アイワークス (iWorks) recognises the importance of the personal information entrusted to us through our vehicle sales, vehicle purchasing, maintenance, insurance, rental car, roadside assistance and other businesses. We handle this information appropriately under the following policy.

7. Responses to complaints and requests for advice
We respond sincerely and appropriately to complaints, requests for advice and requests for disclosure or similar action concerning the handling of personal information, after verifying the identity of the person making the request.
8. Continuous improvement
We regularly review our personal information management arrangements and handling methods, and continuously reassess them in light of changes in legislation, social conditions, information technology and our business activities.
