We use the same margin standards as our regular stock sales. Inbound transport is calculated at cost, and necessary costs are included in the quoted total.

Sourcing costs and required preparation are reflected in the vehicle price. Registration and statutory fees are distinguished from optional extras.

We check Aichi or out-of-prefecture registration, private or commercial use, and collection or transport before estimating.

Warranty availability, period, covered parts and conditions vary by vehicle. We apply the same criteria and explain the terms before contracting.

Can I ask before choosing a model?
Yes. Tell us how you will use the van, what you carry, your budget and your priorities. We can discuss the Every, Hijet Cargo, N-VAN and related OEM models.
Is the estimate a confirmed selling price?
The estimate is a budgeting guide before a particular vehicle is identified. Figures are shown only when verified market and cost data are available. We provide a formal quotation after checking the vehicle, registration and options.
Are OEM models always cheaper?
Not always. Related models can widen the search, but prices, equipment and OEM relationships vary by year and chassis. We compare specific candidates.
Can I request commercial registration or custom equipment?
You can discuss commercial registration, navigation, cameras, carriers, lift kits and DAMD options. Requirements, compatibility, roadworthiness and lead times must be confirmed.
What if a suitable vehicle is not immediately available?
We can save your requirements and have our staff continue checking candidates. We may discuss priorities or budget adjustments. This is a staff-led search, not automated monitoring or a guarantee of availability.
Does submitting a request place an order?
No. It starts a consultation. You will review the candidate, formal quotation and contract terms before proceeding. Sourcing arrangements and change or cancellation terms are explained beforehand.
