Questions about selling your car
Do you only appraise kei vans?
No. We welcome enquiries about a wide range of vehicles. We will confirm whether we can help after checking the vehicle details and condition.
What if I cannot find my model or trim?
Select “Other / unknown” and enter the details you know. You may add a photo of the relevant year and model information on your vehicle certificate, with unnecessary personal details covered.
Are photos required?
No. You can send the form without photos. Staff will contact you if more information is needed.
Will a valuation appear on screen?
No automatic valuation is displayed. Our staff check your vehicle information and auction market prices, then give you an indicative valuation personally.
Do I have to sell after requesting an appraisal?
No. Submitting the form does not create a sale contract. Review the proposed price and conditions before deciding.
